I want to share my personal experience with COVID-19. Music is how I as a student cope with mental illness and stress in times of pandemic. I'm submitting this through the University of Eau Claire as an assignment and to share my personal story with bipolar disorder. It includes a document talking about music, journal entries, mental illness, talks of depression and suicide, and mentions ways to help with mental illness.
