First Monday Trade Days may be a popular event in East Texas, but that doesn't stop thousands of people heading to in the Canton area Canton for four days each month. Open from Thursday through Sunday until the beginning of the month on the First Monday every month hundreds and vendors set up shop with hundreds of opportunities for shopping.

What began over a century ago as a flea market , has since become home to some of coolest, cutting-edge home furnishings, antiques and collectibles located anywhere. Over the last 150 years, a lot of things have changed in First Monday Park. Original First Monday Park; but the genuine, honest people-to-people relationships between vendors as well as patrons is what makes people remain loyal.
