I am a senior from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and due to COVID-19, I find myself quarantining in South Dakota far away from campus. The news in South Dakota has been filled with the ongoing issue of workers in the Smithfield Pork Plant in Sioux Falls being struck with COVID-19. The image provided is from an online news article that says that the Smithfield Pork Plant is going to partially reopen.
