My primary source was an example of how a usual conversation goes with someone who does not want to wear a mask. The conversations usually all start the same with me politely asking them to pull up their mask, most people will then pull up the mask. But for some people they feel like I am personally attacking them so they argue with me on why they should not have to wear a mask. These conversations end most of the time with them angrily pulling up their mask and continuing shopping, but some people tend to make a bigger scene. We have even had to call the police because of some customers not wanting to follow the store policy. This is a primary source for future readers because the world of retail is a large one and many other workers have had to deal with this more than myself. It also shows the divide between people who follow the safety protocols and those who do not.
